Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of employee benefits matters, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, and Taft-Hartley benefit plans
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide guidance to clients
Prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
Communicate with clients and other parties involved in cases to provide updates and discuss case strategy
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent service to clients
Stay current on developments in ERISA law and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
Active bar license for the state in which candidate will work out of
5+ years of experience practicing ERISA law
Strong research and analytical skills, including proficiency with online services and databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage complex case assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Experience with practice management systems and portals preferred
