# Experienced Patent Prosecution Agent

## Ideal Candidate
Our law firm is looking for a Patent Prosecution Agent to join our team in various offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-20 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, IP strategy and portfolio management, and a background in chemistry, life sciences, or medicine. Outstanding writing and analytical skills, as well as top academic credentials, are essential for this role. Additionally, USPTO registration is required.

## Salary Range

* San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; New York City, NY salary range: $125k - $250k
* Boston, MA salary range: $100k - $200k
