Responsibilities:

- Assist with commercial real estate closings
- Review title and survey
- Revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents
- Organize and maintain files
- Prepare closing documents

Requirements:

- Four year degree or equivalent
- Paralegal certification preferred
- At least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and self-motivated
- Team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills

Work Schedule:

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will work under the direction of an attorney to assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents, organize and maintain files, and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role and possess a four year degree (or equivalent). Paralegal certification is preferred. The candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and be a professional, self-motivated team player with strong MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
