Job Overview: The Junior-Mid Level Benefits Associate Attorney will provide legal support and expertise in various aspects of benefits and compensation law, including qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. The candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills.
Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and support on matters related to benefits and compensation.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and documents about benefits and compensation arrangements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on complex benefits and compensation matters.
- Participate in client meetings and communicate legal advice effectively.
- Handle administrative tasks related to benefits and compensation cases.
- Stay updated on developments in benefits and compensation law.
Requirements:
