Are you a detail-oriented and resourceful individual looking to join a team of highly dedicated professionals? Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with over 200 attorneys in nine offices, is seeking an Estates & Trusts Tax Paralegal to join their busy team in Albany, Buffalo, Florida or Rochester. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and court accountings, working closely with the attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and court accountings
- Communicate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy of tax returns and accountings
- Meet deadlines and focus on details to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Maintain knowledge of taxing authorities and changes in tax laws and regulations
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, liberal arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a paralegal role
- Knowledge and experience with taxing authorities and tax preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
