The Law Firm is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team in various locations. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. The salary range for this position will vary depending on the location, but will range from $70,600 to $127,200 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment with improvement goals
- Document processes and analyses for communication and training purposes
- Collaborate with other teams to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Identify and implement key performance indicators for tracking process performance
- Work with the Pricing/LPM team to identify opportunities for improvement related to specific clients and matters
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve workflows
- Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives
- Monitor process performance and provide training and support for successful implementation of improvements
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure cohesive improvement efforts
- Assist in change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes
- Lead workshops and meetings to define process objectives and gain buy-in for changes
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and address concerns and resistance
- Monitor the impact of changes and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on achievements and challenges
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes to minimize negative impacts
- Handle special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process management and project management
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as ITIL, PMBok, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in the legal industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with the legal industry

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

Salary Information:
- Salary range in New York State: $70,600 - $127,200 per year
- Salary range in New York City: $84,800 - $127,200 per year
