Salary:
- The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 0-3 years of experience in legal recruiting.
- Experience in project management and excellent attention to detail are also necessary for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals are essential.
- The candidate should have the ability to represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.
- The ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment is also important.
- Occasionally, this position may require more than 40 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen potential candidates for various legal positions.
2. Follow up with interviewers, candidates, and recruiters to provide updates and address outstanding matters.
3. Assist with special recruitment projects, such as making reservations and coordinating travel.
4. Manage and organize candidate files and documentation.
5. Participate in meetings and take notes as needed.
6. Coordinate with the Director of Legal Recruiting Operations for employment and background searches.
7. Facilitate the reference gathering process.
8. Produce and distribute recruiting reports and updates.
9. Track all sourced and reviewed lateral candidates.
10. Review and analyze predictive metrics and analytics to improve processes and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
1. Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of legal recruiting experience.
2. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with attorneys and staff.
4. Professionalism and the ability to represent the firm in a positive manner.
5. Superior ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
6. Willingness to occasionally work more than 40 hours per week.

Working Conditions:
- This position is based in a normal law office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
- However, occasional overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.
