**Job Description**

The successful applicant will have experience with antitrust law (counseling, investigations, and/or litigation) and should have a strong understanding of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings. Prior government agency experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide legal advice on antitrust issues
- Assist in the preparation and filing of Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings
- Monitor antitrust developments and advise clients accordingly
- Assist in the management of antitrust investigations and litigation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Prepare legal documents and research legal issues

**Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in antitrust law
- Knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings
- Prior government agency experience is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
