Job Title: Attorney-General Liability Partner

Job Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions in various civil litigation matters.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions effectively.
- Prepare for and participate in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Engage in civil litigation areas such as general liability, employment, business and commercial litigation, construction, and insurance defense.
- Work collaboratively with key client teams to deliver results for both clients and the law firm.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil litigation is required.
- Experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York.
- Strong writing and strategic thinking skills are essential.
- Experience in one or more areas of civil litigation is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $250,000.
- Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
- The position includes bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
