The ideal candidate will break the traditional mold of lawyering, utilizing deep legal knowledge and innovative techniques to resolve complex issues for clients.

Duties:
Manage high-stakes litigation matters with a cross-border element
Collaborate with a global team of lawyers on criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, civil litigation, and more
Develop creative and unconventional legal strategies to solve client problems
Draft and edit complex legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of legal strategies and progress
Contribute to the firm’s business development by building client relationships
Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends and technologies to continuously innovate legal solutions
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Graduated law school between 2019-2021
Admission to the California Bar or ability to relocate to California and take the California Bar
Prior experience in litigation, intellectual property, white-collar crime, or insolvency preferred
Strong background in legal writing, drafting, and editing
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual rigor
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority cases
Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the California Bar (or ability to relocate and take the Bar)
Skills:
Strong legal writing, drafting, and editing skills
Advanced legal research capabilities
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with global, cross-border teams
Client-focused with a high level of professionalism and integrity
