**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced associate to join our Business Group in our Cincinnati office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and growing team, working on a variety of corporate matters for both public and private companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support a range of corporate work including M&A, joint ventures, growth equity financings, and general corporate and commercial matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Perform due diligence and prepare diligence reports for M&A deals
• Draft LLC agreements and other corporate documents
• Provide legal support to in-house legal departments and operational teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry and legal developments

Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience in a corporate practice, with a focus on M&A
• Knowledge of LLC agreements and other corporate documents
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Excellent attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in relevant software
• Admitted to practice law in Ohio
