A law firm seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to lead its growing construction practice in Orlando, Florida. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in construction litigation. The role offers significant autonomy, access to comprehensive resources, and support to expand your practice and develop a high-performing team.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the firm's construction litigation practice in Orlando.
  • Handle a range of construction litigation matters, providing strategic counsel and representation to clients.
  • Develop and grow a client base with the support of in-house business development and marketing teams.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and staff to build a cohesive, results-driven team.
  • Manage casework efficiently while delivering high-quality client service.
  • Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and successful case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a book of business to the firm.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to grow and manage a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the Florida Bar.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of construction litigation and related legal frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
  • Business development and client relationship management expertise.
