Responsibilities:

- Work closely with other attorneys and partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- Handle pleadings, motions, and discovery in coverage litigation matters
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
- 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage/coverage litigation
- Experience in drafting coverage opinions for various insurance lines
- Experience with both third-party and first-party claims
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
