Job Title: Associate Attorney Job Responsibilities: - The Associate Attorney will report to the Managing Attorney and manage their own caseload. - Handle client interactions and collaborate with the Immigration Team of Attorneys and case managers. - Review immigration applications and packets, making necessary adjustments. - Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients. - Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases. - Correspond and meet with clients to gather documents and guide them through visa processes. - Utilize case management systems and project management skills to monitor case milestones and meet deadlines. - Produce error-free forms, correspondence, and related legal work product with meticulous attention to detail. - Prepare and represent clients at government interviews. - Perform other tasks as required to meet client, Managing Attorney, and firm needs. Education and Experience Information: - Completion of a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited . Law School is required. - Admission to a . state bar is necessary. - One year of experience in Immigration Law, specifically Employment Immigration, is required. - Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential. - Excellent writing skills are necessary. - A second language is preferred but not required. Salary Information: - Compensation for the position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. Note: This position requires working full-time from the Riverside office, with one day remote work allowed after a probationary period.
