Law Firm Seeking Junior- to Mid-Level Tax Associate in Multiple Locations

Responsibilities:
- Handle tax matters related to fund formation, investment management transactions, and partnership taxation
- Represent buyers and sellers in transaction tax matters for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Provide tax counseling for choice of entity, LLC agreements, and tax-side transactional work
- Collaborate with partners and team members on interesting cases and challenging responsibilities
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax law
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active member of the Bar in jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and project management skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and dedication to serving clients
Compensation:
- Salary range between $240,000 - $260,000 (depending on experience and location)
