  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client strategies.
  • Develop and implement case strategies and prepare cases for trial.
  • Handle depositions, witness examinations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide legal advice.
  • Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as required.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in the law.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant areas of litigation.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Barred in California.
  • Proven track record of managing complex litigation cases.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in California.
