This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience to work on high-profile cases representing public utilities before state and federal regulatory agencies and appellate courts.

H3: What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience in litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, administrative law, and/or energy law
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, with additional admission(s) to District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, and/or West Virginia considered helpful but not necessary
