Job Title: Entry Level - Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law, including Lemon Law, Estate planning, and Personal injury law.
- Conduct thorough research on legal issues and case law to support client cases.
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Litigate cases in court as necessary, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
- Utilize tools such as Lexis-Nexis for legal research and case management.

Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of Lemon Law, Estate planning, and Personal injury law is preferred.
- Proven experience in legal administrative tasks and litigation.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving client objectives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Salary Information:
- Pay: $100, - $143, per year
