Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in trade secrets and unfair competition cases, including TROs and Temporary/Preliminary Injunctions
- Litigate, mediate, and negotiate employment law cases and labor contracts
- Stay up-to-date on current employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys to find innovative solutions for clients' challenges
- Use proprietary technology to disrupt the status quo and prepare clients for future legal issues

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience, with a focus on trade secrets and unfair competition cases
- Excellent academic credentials
