Law Firm seeks Experienced Real Estate Partner for Full-Time Position in Bergen or Monmouth County, NJ

Responsibilities:
- Represent real estate investors and developers in commercial real estate transactions
- Handle all aspects of commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, financings, leasing, and due diligence
- Manage a strong cash flow business and bring in portable business
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional legal services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Bar membership in New Jersey
- Experience representing real estate investors and developers
- Portable business and strong cash flow
- Knowledge of New York real estate law is a plus
