Seyfarth, a leading law firm in San Francisco, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience to join their team in their San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and employment litigation, particularly in single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions. They must also have excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The salary range for this role is $305,000 to $360,000, with opportunities for annual merit increases and bonuses. This position is based in San Francisco, California, and is open to candidates who are licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. They will also have the freedom to take on increasing levels of responsibility with minimal supervision.
