Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal services to technology and life sciences companies in our startup and venture capital group. Your responsibilities may include representing clients in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other corporate transactions. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice, with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of three years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice
- Experience with or affinity for technology and life sciences companies
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Barred in the state of the office you are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
- In-house candidates welcome with previous law firm experience
- Out-of-state candidates welcome to apply

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, depending on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus can be provided upon request.
