Are you a personable attorney with experience in business law and civil litigation? Do you have a minimum of one year of experience and a desire to work in a boutique law firm? **Members Only** in Auburn, CA is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of full time or part time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned cases and clients
- Draft pleadings
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend court hearings
- Prepare and complete cases

Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience in business law and civil litigation
- Experience in employment law and/or estate planning is desirable
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Google platforms and billing time
- Experience using cloud based applications
- Strong organizational, writing, proofreading, editing and communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
