Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to administer trusts and create estate plans
- Track legal deadlines and ensure timely filings
- Partner with other professionals to meet clients' goals
- Negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients
- Conduct in-depth legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other resources
- Draft various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Provide advisory services and represent clients in court as needed
- Attend client meetings and legal conferences
- Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in California
- At least three years of legal experience, with a focus on estate planning and trust administration
- Experience in business law is highly desirable
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with cloud-based applications and legal research databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
