Job Title: Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Partner Level Attorney

Experience:
- Must have substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $600,000+)
- Demonstrated drive and potential for additional business generation

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients across our national platform and in various industries
- Provide practical and creative solutions in distressed financial situations
- Assist financial institutions and corporations with a range of legal concerns
- Manage and advise on contractual disputes, lender liability issues, and other legal matters
- Navigate mergers and acquisitions issues and assist with enforcement of loan and lease obligations
- Understand and navigate laws related to creditors' rights and mortgages

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to state bar association
- Minimum of 10 years experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law
- Proven track record in generating business and maintaining client relationships

- Understand and navigate laws related to creditors' rights, mortgages, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) security interests
- Prioritize legal issues for clients

Qualifications:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to state bar association
- Minimum of 10 years experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law
- Proven track record in generating business and maintaining client relationships
