- Lead complex legal matters in the firm's core practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other partners and teams to deliver innovative legal solutions.
- Manage, mentor, and support junior attorneys to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic goals and participate in key initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage legal teams and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
- Strong client focus with the ability to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
