A Day in the Life:
- Represent clients in structuring and developing commercial, retail, hotel, and residential condominiums
- Ensure smooth pre-turnover process for residential and commercial properties
- Serve as primary legal counsel for condo development projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Advocate effectively for clients using exceptional communication and analytical skills
We Know You:
- Minimum 15 years of real estate experience with focus on condo development
- Experience representing developers, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential transactions
- Skilled in drafting complex condo and vertical subdivision documents
- Ability to collaborate with attorneys and paralegals and provide excellent client service
- Strong analytical, oral, and written advocacy skills
- Portable book of business to support 1-2 associates and condo paralegal
- Excellent academic credentials and good standing with Florida Bar
