Entry Level Associate Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for trial preparation and Court Appearances. Attend board meetings for community associations. Draft and prepare contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, and memoranda. Correspond via phone and email with Courts, clients, homeowners, landlords, and tenants. Conduct Legal Research using Westlaw. Must be licensed in New Jersey and New York (Pennsylvania a plus). Must be very organized and computer savvy; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have excellent research and writing skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment; and work independently and as a team member.
