Duties:

  • Assist in patent prosecution and litigation processes by providing technical expertise and analysis.
  • Conduct technical research on complex engineering topics related to electrical engineering, software, and wireless communication technologies.
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to evaluate technical issues, draft technical reports, and contribute to patent applications.
  • Analyze patent portfolios and prepare technical summaries to support patent litigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in wireless communication technologies, including 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of technical information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • No previous intellectual property experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and interact effectively with attorneys and clients.

Education:

Skills:
