Duties: Responsible for the review and analysis of medical, education, employment and military records and processing of records into high quality, technically accurate, client-based work products. Lecturer (Faculty Wage)
The candidate work for the 2019 - 2020 academic year. Will typically involve teaching one course during the academic year. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, or an equivalent degree from a non-U.S. law school, is strongly preferred.
The candidate will provide opportunity for significant work in the courtroom, including jury trials. Will have significant client contact. Must have 5 years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense). Personal injury trial experience is preferred. Additional requirements include a Virginia law license, excellent interpersonal skills, and solid research and writing abilities.
