Law firm, a prominent and historic law firm, is seeking a junior Attorney with Real Estate experience to join its Real Estate practice group. This opportunity is based in Sarasota, Florida, and is suitable for individuals who are either licensed to practice law in Florida or are planning to relocate and are willing to sit for The Florida Bar exam in the near future.
The Real Estate practice group at the law firm is composed of board-certified specialists with expertise in various disciplines such as commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominium and subdivision development, land use, banking and finance, title insurance, and construction litigation and contracting. The attorneys in this group work collaboratively to provide expert guidance to clients across all phases of their transactions, regardless of complexity. The law firm is renowned for its deep connections with the region’s top real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.

Job Responsibilities
The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for:
- Providing a client-centric approach to understand client needs and ensure a positive, responsive client experience.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to explain legal concepts to clients and collaborate with colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Adapting to the complexities and evolving nature of real estate law, including new regulations or market conditions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, protecting sensitive client information, and adhering to ethical practices.
- Focusing on accuracy in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents, ensuring all legal and contractual terms are correctly addressed.
- Analyzing complex legal issues, title reports, surveys, and contracts, and developing effective solutions for clients.
- Proactively identifying potential issues in real estate transactions and offering practical, effective solutions.
- Managing multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and all documentation is in order.
- Efficiently managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, particularly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Education and Experience Information
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience as an attorney. Comprehensive training through mentorship and hands-on experience alongside some of the best professionals in the field will accelerate knowledge and skill development.
