Overview:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a top AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Junior- to Mid-Level Tax Associate with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our Taxation Practice Group in our Boston, New York, or Washington DC office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Handle tax matters related to fund formation, investment management transactions, and partnership taxation
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, representing buyers and sellers in transaction tax matters
- Provide tax counseling for choice of entity, LLC agreements, and tax-side transactional work
- Contribute to a team by managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on interesting and challenging cases
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical, drafting, and project management skills

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax law
- Active member of the Bar in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Top academic credentials
- AmLaw 100 experience strongly preferred

Salary Information:
- New York Applicants: Pursuant to the New York City Human Rights Law, the expected salary range for this position is between $240,000 - $260,000.
