What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The pay needs to be better. I think that giving associates a better base pay would motivate some to stay within the company for years as they make their way up the tiers of the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
When I first came to the firm, I was treated like I had been there for years. I like the people I work with. The work environment allows me to concentrate on my job. There are also a lot of opportunities at the firm to move up. It is a better firm than some of the other places I have worked for before.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and incentives at the firm are not as great as other law firms I have worked for. But since there are a lot of opportunities to move up within the company, that can be corrected by trying to set a goal to be promoted.

N/A--- I think Management is making efforts to ensure we are listening to the feedback of our attorneys and staff. Overall, the Firm has a leadership team designed for success!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Although fairly new to the Firm, my time here has been wonderful. I am thankful to be part of a Firm that truly values teamwork, diversity, creativity and exceptional client service. The Firm offers a professional, laid-back atmosphere with a flexible work schedule. The Partners and other Firm leadership are open to new ideas and suggestions from associates and staff. This is a Firm that wants you to love your job and where you work! When you love your job, we all will accomplish great things!

What did you not like about this institution?
With any large Firm, communication between multiple offices can be challenging. We have some areas of improvement related to technology software. However, the Firm is making a conscious effort to improve in these areas.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I think the Firm's retention rate and average tenure of 10 to 15 years speaks for itself! I value the Firm's work/life balance and efforts to create a Firm that puts the needs of its attorneys and staff first.

The familial environment. Everyone tells you that during your law school OCI Interviews, but they really practice what they preach.
