What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Examine internal processes and decision making to improve the pace that work occurs.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a very positive culture and rapport with everyone at the firm. The firm is in a state of the art building with great amenities, and you always feel supported by auxiliary services such as HR.
What did you not like about this institution?
The commute to the firm can be terrible, and sometimes things move slowly due to outdated policies.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Follow through and be transparent.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great office, many great senior partners and paralegals.
What did you not like about this institution?
The Senior Associate and Junior Partner ranks struggle to follow the firm's "People First" philosophy. Pay is mediocre for a large firm. Not many opportunities for mentorship, and some of the promises they made were blow off.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There are a few Attorneys that came from Foley that I would avoid.
