Try to develop a more merit based system to reward hard work and achievement. The buddy system with politics is so outdated and unfair to a lot of people who do good work but don't schmooze.

They has some of the best attorneys in the industry. The lawyers know what they are doing and always get the job done. It's a big firm with plenty of work and learning opportunities.

The problem with a firm as big as this one is getting lost in the shuffle. It's very competitive because of its prestige, so you can really wind up spending as much time politicking as you do working.

Work on improving management. Increase the compensation.

The firm practices in a variety of legal areas. They have some of the best lawyers in the country. The people here are great.

There were some issues with management. The workload can be heavy and stressful at times.

Please consider adding a dress code for support staff to adhere to. I know that it may help their morale, but it isn't doing much for the morale of the attorneys.

The office environment is sometimes unprofessional due to the lack of a dress code for support staff. This can make things seem too casual and is sometimes a barrier when it comes to getting work done in a timely fashion.
