What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give employees incentives and something to aim towards in regards to teamwork. Give them the tools and support to learn and grow and thereis a place for all in the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has an extensive list of well-known clients. They seek excellence in all of their cases and always give 100% to each client.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a sense of competitiveness among lower level staff and it can sometimes be uncomfortable to be in that environment.

Conservatorship Fraud on May 19, 2024 - Former Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Intern 2015 Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I suggest the firm clean up the estate and wills department. I have seen people avoid the whole law just on account of estates and wills.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part of the firm is in education and corporate law. That part of the law firm is very competent and relevant to their market and clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
The probate, guardianship, wills, and trust fund department is very corrupt and unethical. One person there is known for secreting documents that don't belong to one of her clients there. Yes, these are stolen documents.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Stay away from Ann A. Watkins. Her view of the law is very particularistic. She has no universal sense of ethics and she will stubbornly stick to a bad case or client beyond what is practical or legally reasonable.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The top management seems very ethical and yet they looked stressed and conflicted about other issues at the firm. Actually it is about one big issue.
