What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Continue what you're doing because the employees are happy. I would recommend scheduling time at least once a month for a group lunch in order to discuss room for improvement and increase communication among coworkers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a good work environment and a great level of trust given to each employee. There is not much "watching over the shoulder". There is diversity in the work load which allows me to stay on my feet and keep my interest level high.
What did you not like about this institution?
With a laid-back approach to oversight, some things are not completed in a manner that is best fit for the practice. Everyone is held responsible for their own job which can make communication and group work difficult to set up and complete.
