What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It's a fast paced working environment at Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP so you are always on the go. Manage your time well and you will love working at this place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
World-class Law Firm in areas of management, corporate culture, business and industrial acumen. Support for employees is generally excellent, lots of training and development opportunities. I must say that the environment is very work friendly at this place. The work-life balance is also satisfactory.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workplace culture can vary from departments and what you see in one is not necessarily what will be in another department. Sometimes management was absent in direction for new projects.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Could use a higher pay rate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love working here. I've been here for nearly five years and every day I can't wait to come into work. My coworkers are excellent. They're brilliant and talented and always hard at work. I can easily call them my second family.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is very low. The benefits aren't great.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try to garner completion in a friendly way that is good for the employee yet good for the business as well. This will make things great.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here makes you realize what working at a firm should be like. Everyone is very friendly and genuine. Everyone works together.

What did you not like about this institution?
There tends to be a lot of competition and that can get stressful at times. Sometimes I need to take breaks from the stress.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Since new staff members were just hired, I think it only makes sense to expand management to accommodate the larger staff as well to keep us organized and on track to meet tight deadlines.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here is like family to me. There are plenty of year round event's that take place and everyone is a close friend of mines. Everyone is always there to help you when needed as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
As of right now I feel as though we are ever so slightly disorganized due to the fact that we have been taking on more cases than we can handle ever since we hired a bunch of new staff members.
