One of the key goals for founding partners DiSante, Timothy Freudenberger, and Christopher Carlton was to position the firm as entrepreneurial as their clients' businesses. By 2000, CDF had expanded its reach to include offices in Orange County, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, and Los Angeles. In 2011, attorney Dave Carothers became a name partner, further solidifying the firm's reputation and expertise. Today, CDF is home to over 40 attorneys and 45 staff members, many of whom have been with the firm for more than a decade.
