What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The leadership here has to restructure the format of the work place. It is a problem when the associates are not able to communicate well with some of the partners.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are some of the things that the attorneys that work here have no problem with since it's pretty good.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think that there needs to be work done when it comes to how the firm handles the work culture at the work place. The lack of leadership from the superiors affects how the cases are done and how the clients are taken care of.
