What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Stop treating the office like a fiefdom. The path to advancement needs a better definition. As of now it is just seems completely unreachable.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The billable hour
What did you not like about this institution?
The partners treat the associates horribly. Office politics and drama are really distracting. There isn't much mentoring or training going on.

my advice is going to be to every one i know to not o use this firm and to stay away because they are a rip-off
What did you not like about this institution?
the worst firm ever especially Alan Rogalski who because of him i lost a sell of my pharmacy , to the point i was begging him to have the papers ready before i loose the sell and he wouldn't do it yet he still charged me the money ..I use to call him many times or email him many times and no respond from him till i lost the sell. the worst part he still charged me and took my money for nothing. He made me loose the sell and the money, he didnt even care .
