What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be nicer. Stop bullying your staff.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I don't have much positive things to say about this firm. Old fashioned with low tech systems when they should be set up remotely for all to be safe, not just the chosed few. Organized but could be much better.
What did you not like about this institution?
Bad, mean bullies. Attorneys that treat legal secretaries like a pair of hands and eyes. No respect or regard for their well being. Probably one of the most toxic law firms I have ever had the displeasure of working for. Frankly, they did not deserve my hard work and dedication. I was completing bullied, unappreciated and discarded. Jim Whitmire may be a good lawyer, but he is a major A hole to work for. Rachel Jenkins, lead secretary is a know-it-all, mean bully. Unbelievably toxic. Rachel gets off by instilling fear in others. Ugly woman. The past part was when they let me go.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Jim Whitmire.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?

Small company with lawyers in different field specialties in civil law. Great benefits, great working environment, caring staff that feels like family. Always asking and making sure environment and employees are safe.
What did you not like about this institution?
Can't think of anything, they are updating the technology and phone systems. They are always trying to improve and help the employees do more efficient work.

They are all nice.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
They give generous bonuses. They have a 401k plus match. They are accommodating for family issues and time off. The office manager is super. They are small enough to be flexible and fair, but big enough to have high quality clients that appreciate the way their cases are handled. No advertising needed, word of mouth keeps us busy!
