Effective April 1, 2011, the employees of Alliant Techsystems (ATK) Micro Craft Operations became the owners of our Company, now known as Micro Craft, Inc. Micro Craft is now a 100% employee-owned organization with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and is classified as a “Small Business”. In addition, we have returned to our legacy logo shown above. We believe Micro Craft’s 50+ years in the aerospace market has proven our resiliency and our capacity to be successful, and we are very excited about our future.
