Weed out the people slacking. Your other employers will be happier when they don
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay was above what I expected starting out in my career. I was able to work on a variety of projects and stayed busy.
What did you not like about this institution?
They don't see the effort one puts forth as an individual. One of the individuals on my team was a real slacker, but he got just as much recognition on the project as the rest of us who were putting in a couple extra hours.
