What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Add some more support staff to make it easier for the lawyers to work on the cases instead of on organization and record-keeping chores.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This a good place to get an introduction to the business legal field for young lawyers. The hours are reasonable and they give you more responsibility than other firms.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a very high caseload and it can be hard to stay on top of every file you're working with. Clients can be stressful because of the prospect of losing their business or home.
