Current Employee Mr. San Francisco

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The leadership team needs to focus on improving the culture by making sure everyone is treated the same. Favoritism and retaliation should not be tolerated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
As far as law firms go the hours here are very short. There aren't a lot of weekends or late nights required and working during a holiday is very rare.

What did you not like about this institution?
The culture here needs an overhaul. Some workgroups are great, but leadership can make your life miserable if you happen to offend the wrong person.

In Las Vegas, you will not find another firm that does legal work for $200 an hour. Most firms here want 2-3x that amount, and will not provide the same level of communication or effort in their work.
