What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm can improve by giving associates more of a say in the day to day operations of the firm. Many associates feel there is no way for them to give input. Associates also desire better compensation packages and more time off.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best thing about this firm is that you will have guaranteed employment. If you look at the major shareholders, they have each been with the firm for ten-plus years. You too can have this kind of security at Nossaman.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salary at this firm is not among the most competitive. You may find you can get paid more elsewhere. The culture is also known to be cut throat.

5.Current Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat perks, salary, opportunityAnonymous Employee RecommendProsAttorneys are at the top of their game in several practices and generally easy to deal with (for staff that complain about attorneys here, I question if they ever worked at a large global firm, I have to think they never did--attorneys here are much nicer and down to earth than in my past experience at larger firms). If you perform, bonuses are first rate and additional touches like gift cards for staff around holidays are a nice touch and stand out--some of my past firms gave no/tiny bonuses and didn't care at all about staff morale and we were treated like second class citizensConsFocus on reducing turnover in some departments, other than that nothing
