Fire your “office manager”

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing

What did you not like about this institution?
Pay and treatment is terrible. Gossip and harassment take place by office manager on dialysis basis with some light sexual harassment. The manager is given free range to treat employees like crap and violate state law.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All of them they all enable the inappropriate behavior and blame staff for being upset at the behavior
