LOTS of food and snacks!ConsThe only downsides are I gave up a lot of vacation/sick time at my former employer to come here (about 8 weeks worth) we only get 20 days a year - but the ability to work independently /flexible schedule is a fair trade. Also the benefits are a little pricey but I believe that may be anywhere in the private sector these days.Advice to ManagementNothing to say, I really appreciate everyone I work with and for!
