5.Current Employee, less than 1 yearRevamp of firm, I left employer of 8 years to join SW Team!Assistant Front Office Manager in Philadelphia, PARecommendProsPeople are friendly, flexible schedule, ability to work independently, very accommodating, learning and being a part of/contributing to high profile cases is very awarding! LOTS of food and snacks!ConsThe only downsides are I gave up a lot of vacation/sick time at my former employer to come here (about 8 weeks worth) we only get 20 days a year - but the ability to work independently /flexible schedule is a fair trade. Also the benefits are a little pricey but I believe that may be anywhere in the private sector these days.Advice to ManagementNothing to say, I really appreciate everyone I work with and for!
